European Union
The Finland-origin profile has tracked weight-based rates for all 27 EU member states. Finland uses the domestic rates above; Sweden has its own zone with the same six cross-border price bands as the other 25 EU destinations.
Special tax or customs territories, including Åland and the Canary Islands, are not automatically covered by an ordinary EU rate. Availability for the exact address and products must be confirmed at checkout.

Customs duty, import VAT and carrier clearance fees are different charges. The examples below do not confirm delivery availability, our registration in a tax scheme or that charges are prepaid. The rules in force when goods enter the destination apply.
Within the EU
Goods already in EU free circulation sent from Finland to another ordinary EU destination have no internal customs duty. VAT still applies. Special tax territories, including Aland and the Canary Islands, need separate checks.
Great Britain
Non-excise consignments worth GBP 135 or less normally have no customs duty, but VAT is still due, generally at purchase. Above GBP 135, duties and import charges may apply. Northern Ireland has different rules. A future reform will change the low-value relief.
Norway
NOK 3,000 per item is not a tax-free allowance. Eligible goods below this value can use VOEC only through a registered seller with correct shipment data. Food, drinks and supplements are excluded. Other shipments may incur import VAT, duties and clearance fees.
Switzerland
Import VAT below CHF 5 is not collected. Standard VAT is 8.1%; qualifying goods use 2.6%. The calculation includes shipping and relevant charges. This is not a general tax-free shopping allowance; clearance fees may remain.
United States
The former USD 800 duty-free de minimis treatment is suspended for ordinary commercial shipments. Applicable duties and fees depend on the product, origin and current rules, even for a small order.
Canada
Eligible postal imports valued at CAD 20 or less may qualify for duty and tax relief. Exceptions apply; higher-value shipments may incur tax, duty and handling fees. Higher thresholds for US/Mexico routes do not apply to shipments from Finland.
Other destinations
Iceland, Liechtenstein, African and Asian countries, Mexico and other destinations require country-specific checks. EEA membership does not mean EU customs treatment. We do not promise a universal tax-free threshold or fixed import-fee percentage.
Reduced customs duty can depend on tariff classification, genuine preferential origin and valid documentation, not simply dispatch from Finland. It does not necessarily remove VAT or carrier fees. Gift and traveller allowances are not exemptions for ordinary shop purchases. Contact us before ordering if the collection of charges is unclear.
Product-specific delivery
Products are not automatically eligible for every destination. Food and supplements, cosmetics, oils and other liquids, and electrical or battery-powered items may need different shipping services or import checks.
Some aerosols, alcohol-based or flammable formulations, and batteries can be restricted by carriers or air-transport rules. Not every oil or liquid is a dangerous good: eligibility must be checked for the actual formulation, packaging, quantity and route.
Please contact us with the product and destination if you are unsure. A product being listed on the website does not, by itself, confirm that it can be delivered to your address.
Tracking, delays & delivery help
When your order is dispatched, check your shipping confirmation for the carrier and any available tracking link. Tracking depends on the service used, and the first scan may appear after the carrier receives the parcel. Contact us if a confirmation or tracking update is missing.
If delivery is taking longer than the estimate confirmed for your order, get in touch with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Customs checks, incomplete address details and local disruption may cause delays; this does not remove your applicable consumer rights.
For a damaged, incomplete or missing delivery, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the parcel and affected items. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.
