North America and European Union or Economic Areas get faster shipping times.
Outside these regions please consider additional days for shipping and processing times.

Express shipping: 2 – 3 days
Fast shipping: 5 – 7 days
Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 days
These shipping times are subject to the nature of the product. Fragile, liquid, and special goods may require additional inspection and safety protocols to follow and may affect shipping time.

Covid-19 Affects Shipping Time
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and shipping cues the following shipping times may vary with ±3 days to the standard delivery time.
We endeavour to ship items on the same business day it was ordered. However, we suggest giving 2-3 days processing time depending on the type of items purchased.
Carriers
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a shipping method from standard to express during checkout.
Additional Information
From our experience serving customers, depends on where you are located, subject to logistics, orders processed have arrived between ±5 - 7 business days.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-14 days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries, contact us and we'll solve it!

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above.
Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Products
You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order either for a refund or an exchange.
All returned items must be unworn in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached with it.
You can return your items in the with a proper packaging to make sure goods are protected.
You will be responsible for the return-shipping.

If you wish to make an exchange, please write on the return form the product you would like to exchange to.
