Produktinformation
Was your package returned to us before you could pick it up?
It is possible to order a reshipment of the package if you were unable to pick up your order and would like us to resend your package to you. Please always contact our customer service first at asiakaspalvelu@neworganics.fi
The price for resending is a processing fee of €5.90.
Transporting the package to and from the pickup point, as well as resending it, always incurs costs for us, so unfortunately we cannot offer resending for free.
More information
If a shipment we mail is returned to us undelivered, we will charge this price for re-posting the shipment. Re-posting cannot be paid for by invoice, but must be paid for in advance in the online store.
